Grupo Campeón was founded in 1972 as a beef processor and distributor to local butcher shops, with nearly 50 years providing to the food industry.

In 1993 the first Foodservice distribution of frozen and dry food was established in Guatemala: “Servi-Restaurantes”. Today known as “Servi”. We are focused on high quality imported and local food, making this possible thanks to a solid business relationship with our suppliers.

Servi Restaurantes was established as the comercial unit of Grupo Campeón and the first independent FOODSERVICE distributor in Guatemala. Currently known as “SERVI” and focused on importing proteins and representing high quality brands to serve the food industry.

Servi has a presence in the Republic of Guatemala and El Salvador covering the modern and traditional unit. Also owns 3 stores known as THE FOOD SHOP in zone 10, 11 and zone 2 in Quetzaltenango.  

In 2017 ABASTECE began operations as a modern distributor center that offers logistics services in cold, dry and frozen storage.
